About
Warm up for Winterlude with a 2 1/2-hour tasting of unique and delectable offerings from the chefs of leading Ottawa Gatineau hotels–expertly paired with fine and premium wines from Canada and around the world! This midwinter gastronomic extravaganza at Ottawa City Hall is a must for all foodies and wine aficionados. It will include a Reserve Collection Corner with samplings of rare wines from older vintages presented by Rod Phillips, an outdoor ice wine and dessert bar, plus a silent auction featuring many amazing items!

It’s all presented by Scotiabank and brought to you by the members of the Ottawa Gatineau Hotel Association in support of two worthy causes: Ottawa Youth Services Bureau and the Ottawa Food Bank. Produced by the people who bring you the Ottawa Wine and Food Festival.

And it all happens on the Eve of Winterlude!

Beneficiaries
Proceeds from Dine, Wine, Winterlude will help support the
Youth Services Bureau and the Ottawa Food Bank.
Youth Services Bureau With youth programming offered in five main service areas and across multiple service points throughout the city, YSB helps thousands of young people every year address whatever threatens their physical, sexual, mental and social well being. Staff guide youth through issues related to housing, mental and physical health, community reintegration, education, employment and more.
Ottawa Food Bank The Ottawa Food Bank was founded in the basement of the former police station on Waller Street in 1984. Originally intended to be temporary in nature, the Ottawa Food Bank has grown to become a staple food relief organization in the Region. Today, the Ottawa Food Bank supports 140 emergency food programs that feed approximately 48,000 people per month – 37 per cent of whom are children.
